Operational AI consultancy

In 4 weeks, you’ll know which parts of your team’s work AI can prepare and how many hours it could save you.

For B2B companies of 25 to 100 people that visit customers and prepare quotes.

Fertaro doesn’t eliminate human knowledge. It captures it, organises it and turns it into assisted execution.

We start with a diagnosis of one area, with a fixed price and timeline. Then we install, govern and maintain whatever we agree on, without you having to build a technical team.

What we do

  1. Starting point

    Diagnosis

4 weeks on one area, at a fixed price.

    See what’s included
  2. Available with the diagnosis

    Commercial and sales

CRM with an AI assistant to prepare visits, follow-ups and proposals.

  3. After diagnosis

    Marketing

Tailored module, with a fixed scope.

  4. After diagnosis

    Operations

Tailored module, with a fixed scope.

  5. After diagnosis

    AI governance

Bringing order to the use of ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini: permissions, data and return, in companies of 25 to 100 people.

The problem

Knowledge lives in people and in scattered tools.

In many companies, what is known about each customer and each process lives in one person’s head, in scattered emails and in AI tools that everyone uses in their own way. And it shows every day:

  • Someone leaves, changes roles or goes on holiday, and their work is left half done because the context has gone with them.
  • Everyone uses AI in their own way: nobody knows what data leaves the company or who checks what it produces.
  • The same questions get answered again and again because nobody has written them down.
  • New people take a while to get up to speed, because what they need to know is spread across people and tools.
  • Decisions are made without seeing the customer’s full history.

The Fertaro team

An AI assistant for each area. The decision always stays with your team.

We don’t sell “AI” in the abstract. Each assistant prepares the work for one area using the information your company already has, for example a customer summary before a visit. Your team reviews it and decides. We install it for your company, not for one person, and we maintain it.

How we work

First we understand. Then we install.

  1. Diagnosis

We review your processes with you: where knowledge lives and where time is lost. We explain below what it includes.

  2. Fixed-scope module

We install a first module with a fixed scope and success criteria defined with you, starting with whatever costs you most today.

  3. Maintenance and governance

We maintain and improve it with you. We test every change before switching it on.

Starting point

What the diagnosis involves.

It’s the first thing you sign up for: one area of your company, with the price and timeline fixed before we start.

  • How long it takes4 weeks, on one area of your company (for example, sales or operations).
  • What we need from youA kick-off meeting, interviews with 3 or 4 people from that area and a closing session.
  • What you getHow work is done in that area today and what state its data is in. A business case: the tasks that AI can prepare, with the hours each one could save and the assumptions spelled out. The documentation your IT team needs to review. A costed pilot, with a price and timeline. And our recommendation: go ahead, adjust or stop.
  • What it doesn’t includeWe don’t install anything or connect to your ERP or your CRM. We don’t use personal data without a signed data processing agreement. The pilot is contracted separately, and each area is a separate diagnosis.
  • PriceFixed before we start, based on the area and the size of your company.

First module · available with the diagnosis

Sales: what your team knows about each client, kept in your CRM, not in one person’s head.

CRM with an AI assistant for B2B sales teams that visit their customers, prepare offers and renew accounts. The screenshots are from the application, which is in Spanish, with fictional data. Today, everything starts with the diagnosis.

  1. Blurred screenshot of a company record in the Fertaro application. Fictional company and data.

    Company record

Everything known about each client in one place, even when someone else takes over the account.

  2. Blurred screenshot of the application’s opportunities board. Fictional company and data.

    Opportunities by stage

See at a glance which deals are moving and which need a push.

  3. Blurred screenshot of the application’s templates screen. Fictional company and data.

    Email and call templates

Your team writes and calls in the same tone, without starting from scratch each time.

  4. Blurred screenshot of the “Hoy” (Today) screen with the day’s task list. Fictional company and data.

    Today: each day’s tasks

Every morning, everyone knows who to call and what cannot wait.

How a visit works.

  1. Detail of the record: an opportunity at the negotiation stage with the “Preparar llamada”, “Seguimiento”, “Propuesta” and “+ Tarea” buttons, and a suggestion to use the “Recordatorio de oferta sin respuesta” template.
    Before

    Prepare the call

In the record, the “Preparar llamada” (prepare call) button asks the assistant for an account summary: what stage it is at, what was discussed last time and three questions for the next conversation.

  2. Screenshot of the application on a phone: record for Cerámicas Torrevisca S.L. with its status, sector and contacts.
    During

    Note

You note down what is discussed, also from your phone’s browser. It is saved in the company record, not in a notebook.

  3. The “Recordatorio de oferta sin respuesta” (unanswered offer reminder) template filled in with the contact, offer number and date, opportunity, company and signature, with the email preview and the notice “Esto solo prepara un borrador. No se envía nada.” (this only prepares a draft; nothing is sent).
    After

    Follow-up and proposal

The assistant prepares a suggested follow-up and a draft proposal with the opportunity’s data. Templates, like the one in the picture, are filled in with the record’s data. Nothing is sent on its own: you review it, change it and approve it.

AI prepares. You decide.

Your data

Your data, in your company’s own installation.

How we look after your data in the sales module:

  • Your company’s own installation, in the European UnionWhen you sign up, we set up your CRM in its own installation, with its own database. You don’t share a database with other clients.
  • AI is provided by Google Gemini and, as a backup, AnthropicTo prepare each draft, the assistant sends that opportunity’s data (title, stage, amount and notes; for the company, name, sector and website; for the contact, name and job title; and its ten most recent activities) to Google Gemini and, if that fails, to Anthropic Claude. These providers process the data outside your installation’s server, and we don’t guarantee that this happens within the European Union. The assistant prepares drafts and never sends anything on its own.
  • HTTPS access with a passwordFrom your computer or your phone’s browser.
  • Daily backupA copy of the data is saved every day.
  • Your data can be deleted piece by pieceA contact, a deal or a task is deleted without deleting anything else in your CRM. On the server, old backups are removed after about 7 days.

Limits

What we don’t do.

So there are no surprises:

  • We don’t replace your teamThe customer relationship and the decisions remain with your team.
  • We don’t promise full autonomyEach assistant prepares. A person reviews and approves.
  • We don’t sell modules without a diagnosisMarketing, operations and governance are tailor-made, with a fixed scope.
  • There is no mobile appThe sales module is used from your phone’s or computer’s browser.

Let’s talk for 30 minutes.

Tell us about a process that today depends on someone’s memory, on emails or on scattered notes. We’ll tell you clearly whether Fertaro is a fit and where to start.
